Samsung Android phones - upcoming Android version 1.5, which adds a virtual onscreen keyboard like those you find in phones without physical keypads.
Though this is only one of the improvements implemented in the new edition of the Android OS, it’s arguably the most important. Virtual keyboards pave the way for manufacturers to roll out slimmer devices without physical keypads. This is exactly what Samsung has done with the announcement of its first Android-powered handset, the I7500, which will be available in Asia in the next quarter.
