Nikon to unveil 12M DSLR camera ‘D3′ in Korea
October 2, 2007

Nikon took the wraps off its 12M DSLR camera ‘D3’ in Korea market, which is designed for sports photographers and photojournalists.
Its normal ISO range is 200 to 6400 thanks to a new processor called Expeed, but it can be expanded to the equivalent of ISO 100 or ISO 25,600 respectively, by setting the camera to its built-in options of Lo-1 or Hi-2.
Featuring 3-inch, VGA resolution screen and 9fps continuous shooting in full-frame, the camera is able to display images on an HDTV, and uses an HDMI port for HD output and 2 compact flash slots.
The D3 will be available in November, no words on pricing yet.
